I am an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and I’ve been eating a plant-based diet for over a decade. I’m currently going back to school to become a registered dietitian.

Growing up, I was a ballet dancer, and when I was 12, someone told me I needed to lose weight for ballet. This led to me spending countless years yo-yo dieting until some severe health issues (including an autoimmune disease) forced me to reevaluate my relationship with food. I now implement intuitive eating principles with plant-based nutrition. This allows me to easily maintain a healthy weight that I’m happy with, no longer see food as an evil but as a wonderful form of nourishment, and manage my autoimmune disease in a way that allows me to live a normal life. It took me from stuck on the diet roller coaster to thriving on a plant-based lifestyle, and I can’t wait to help you on your own journey!

When I’m not coaching or studying, you can find me taking dance classes, running, spending time with loved ones, reading, watching period dramas, or singing and dancing in the kitchen while trying out new recipes.
